Parcel records, state traffic data and the actual language of local ordinances inform our decisions. We distinguish verified facts from open questions and never present an assumption as a certainty.
Difficult Is Not Impossible
Restrictions are part of the development process. We identify outright prohibitions, assess which constraints may be addressed and determine whether the approval path and economics justify moving forward. Not every site works, and we say so.

We evaluate locations, structure land rights, coordinate stakeholders and pursue the approvals required to advance viable sites. Depending on the engagement, RKDG may act as developer, ground lessee or contracted development partner.
We Are Not a Traditional Brokerage
Our focus is creating and advancing advertising development opportunities, not simply matching buyers and sellers of property. Our role and compensation are defined by the structure of each engagement.
We Do Not Operate Advertising Inventory
Our work centers on site development, land rights and approvals. Outdoor advertising operators typically take responsibility for construction, advertising sales and ongoing operations under their agreements.
We Work Nationwide
RKDG evaluates opportunities in markets nationwide. Each site is assessed against the applicable local and state rules, because development depends on the jurisdiction, not just the address.
